iCal_iconiCal files, stored in the iCalendar (.ics) file format, are for import into Mac, Google calendar, Outlook 2007, Mozilla, and others.

newcsvCSV files stored in .csv file format are comma separated value files for import into MS Outlook.

 

Note: All files show appointment time as FREE so they do not interfere with your work schedule or when creating new appointments.

 

CSV file download into Outlook versions 1998 – 2003 instructions:

Step 1. To download and save the .csv file to your computer, right-click on the link and select Save As
Step 2. From the toolbar, click File > Import and Export
Step 3. Select “Import from another program or file” and click Next
Step 4. Select “Comma Separated Values (Windows)” and click Next
Step 5. Click the Browse button and navigate to the saved .csv schedule file
Step 6. Select “Do not import duplicate items” and click Next
Step 7. From the “Select destination folder” pop-up, click on Personal Calendar and click Next
For Outlook 2007 Select which calendar to populate.
Step 8. In the next window, under the box labeled, “The following actions will be performed:”, click the box next to the option labeled, “Import “{team you selected}.csv” into folder: Calendar.”
Step 9. In the Map Custom Fields pop-up window, click and drag the fields from the left window into the right window, as follows:
(if you live in the Eastern Time Zone select ET, Central select CT, Mountain select MT, Pacific select PT)

START_TIME_ET to Start Time
END_TIME_ET to End Time
Step 10. Click OK, then click Finish

 

iCal and CSV file download into Google Calendar instructions:

Step 1. Right click on file icon, Save file to computer, make sure file extension is .ics
(if file extension defaults to .txt change to .ics)
Step 2. In Google Calendar click Settings, Create New Calendar then enter name you want to call it, Select Create Calendar again to save it.
Step 3. Go to Settings again, Select Import Calendar, Click Browse to search and Select the team schedule you previously saved to your computer, Choose Calendar (the one you just created), Click Import
Tip: iCal files work best in Google Calendar for time zone conversion

 

iCal download into Outlook 2007 instructions:

Step 1. To download and save the .ics file to your computer, right-click on the link and select Save As
Step 2. From the toolbar, click File > Import and Export
Step 3. Select “Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar (.vcs) file; click Next
Step 4. Select (.ics) file to import; click OK
Step 5. Pop up window will ask “Do you want to open this calendar as a new calendar or import its items into your calendar?”
Select Open As New

 

CSV file download into Outlook 2007 instructions:

Step 1. To download and save the .csv file to your computer, right-click on the link and select Save As

Step 3. Name Calendar, click OK
Step 4. From the toolbar, click File > Import and Export
Step 5. Select “Import from another program or file” and click Next

Step 7. Click the Browse button and navigate to the saved .csv schedule file
Step 8. Select “Do not import duplicate items” and click Next
Step 9. From the “Select destination folder” pop-up, click on the calendar you just created for the new schedule; click Next

Step 11. In the Map Custom Fields pop-up window, click and drag the fields from the left window into the right window, as follows:

START_TIME_ET to Start Time
END_TIME_ET to End Time
(no need to do this if it is classified as an ALL DAY EVENT, i.e. some auto races and PGA events.)
Step 12. Click OK, then click Finish.
